1-Vijaypath Academy’ - Pre-Recruitment Training Institute for All competitiv'e Exams...
As compared to the normal schools, students of such Academy get training in horse riding, shooting etc. The school authorities train them in such a way that, the students develop better discipline in them. In future, in addition to usual fields of career, such students can easily chose their career in Army, Navy, Air Force, police services, security services, etc. Guardians always expect that their children should become well disciplined persons in future. Therefore, due to such additional benefits, guardians plan to admit their children in “Vijaypath Academy”. With these points in mind, the Al-hamd decided to start a “Vijaypath Academy” at, Tuljapur Road, Dist. Solapur.
Vijaypath Academy wants to help the youths from rural area and underprivileged who want to join civil services, but are unable to join the course it due to lack of knowledge about the entrance exams conducted by various vocations such as:
o MPSC like PSI, STI, Assistant
o Army, navy, Air Force and other Para Military forces like the BSF / CRPF / CSIF, etc.
o State Police, SRPF
o Railway Police, Railway TC, Clerk
o Transport System (Bus Conductors, Drivers)
o Teacher (D.Ed., CET)
o Gram Sewaks, Talathi
2- ‘Moulana Azad Modern Library’ - A well equipped for all Sections
AHEWS & Vijaypath Academy Setting Up well equipped ‘Moulana Azad Modern Library’ for the utilization of Students, Teachers, Staff, Entrepreneurs and public in large for all the sections. Library is one of those resources which are essential to support and strengthen the educational quality. Over the centuries, libraries are the source of keeping and distributing the information through books, journals, maps and other resources that are used by students in their learning process. Unfortunately, library resources are the most ignored area in institutions of teacher education. Therefore, the research focused to understand that libraries are useful for the students, teachers, professors, staff and public to support and promote trainings successfully or require improvement. Moreover, the research will not be limited to identify the available resources but also analyze whether these resources are being utilized by teachers and students.
3- Skill Development & Vocational Training Institute
Skill development, Vocational education and training is very cardinal to any economic development of the country. Training in general has potential benefits which accrue to the individual, to an organization and to the country as a whole. To an individual, training enhances their future earning potential, career progression and employability. to the unemployed, training offers them capacities to find ways of earning a livelihood. This can be through self-employment or setting up of businesses. At organizational level, training results in compañy productivity, profitability and competitiveness. This in turn enhances its existence. With productivity and high profits, the company will contribute to the wealth of the country through taxes.
AHEWS had planned to run various courses under their vocational training institute, which would include:
- Home products — Painting, Embroidery, Art & Craft products
- Designing, Tailoring & Printing, Skin Care & Beauty Parlour
- Painting, Textile designing, Mehendi Design / Art Course
- Offset printing, screen printing, DTP designing and Fabricated Art Work
The students who would undergo the training can start his own business on small scale and earn money for his living. He can be self dependent.
4- Medical Health Care Center
a)Free Medical Health Check up Camps for students and rural area
Free Medical Health Check-up Camps are conducted frequently in rural areas of Maharashtra. Over 5000 patients are screened and medicines distributed free of cost ever year. AHEWS wants to set-up Health Care Centre at Solapur for the people of the vicinity to give benefits to the more people of rural area.
b)Free Eye camps For Poor People of the Rural area
Free Eye camps are conducted thrice in a year in rural areas of Maharashtra. We are focusing on eradication of needless blindness from rural areas of Solapur, Latur & Beed district. Cataract is a major cause of blindness in rural area. Every year approx 48000 villagers get Cataract and only 23000 get treated by various NGO’s and AHEWS. There is a backlog of 25000 unmet Cataract surgeries per year. In the year 2015-16 we have targeted to do 5000 free Cataract Surgeries. The villagers detected with Cataract during the Camps will be taken to Hospital for surgeries. The surgeries, transportation (from village to hospital and back), boarding for 2 days at hospital, breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks are provided free of cost to the villagers.
5- Dr APJ Abdul Kalam Science & Space World
To develop and Establish “Dr APJ Abdul Kalam Science & Space World” on land admeasuring 9000 sq. meters of village Honsal, Ta. North Solapur, Tuljapur Road, Dist. Solapur. To use eco-friendly material to inspire people & students of our country to maintain Environmental Balance. To establish Entertainment Zone for Inspiring the Scientific and Engineering mind in the areas of Water, Forest, Space and Science of our country men, women, youths and students for Gaming, Riding and Educational purpose. To arrange Exhibitions, Presentations, Forest (Jungle) picnics, to erect Telescopic Towers, to make Robots, Robotic cars, telescope, Microscope and Space world to promote brilliant mind of children & youths of our country.
6 - ‘Adhar Maya’ Old Age Home
An orphanage is a residential institution devoted to the care of orphans — children whose biological parents are deceased or otherwise unable or unwilling to care for them. Biological parents, and sometimes biological grandparents, are legally responsible for supporting children, but in the absence of these or other relatives willing to care for the children, they become a ward of the state, and orphanages are one way of providing for their care,housing and education.
Old Age Home is a multi-residence housing facility intended for senior citizens, where they can get shelter. This can include facilities for meals, gatherings, recreation activities, and some form of health or hospice care.
7-R Zakir Husen Cukural Academy
Following courses will be conducted at the Pt Zakir Husen Cultural Academy…
- Performing Arts: Music / Dance / Theatre / Folk Traditional & Indigenous Arts including Puppetry, Graphics /Sculpture / Painting including Folk Paintings and Research Work on Traditional Paintings / Creative Photography.
- Young artistes would get training in the field of Indian Classical Music, Indian Classical Dance, Theatre, Mime, Visual art, Folk, Traditional and Indigenous Arts and Light Classical Music at the academy.
